This is my recreation of the Ube Moon, a fun drink I came across in Gemini Room, located in Seattle, Washington

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail jigger
  • 1 Shaker
  • 1 Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Ube Liqueur
  • 1 oz Cold Brew
  • .5 oz Borghetti or Kahlua
  • Garnish: Rose Petals

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake until foam forms then strain into glass. Top with rose petals
