A fun twist on the classic Negroni, this drink swaps out gin for Prosecco!

Equipment

  • 1 Jigger (can use tbsp instead)
  • 1 Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1 1/2 oz Prosecco (To top it off)
  • 1 Orange slice or orange peel (For garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 1/2 ounces of Sweet Vermouth in a chilled glass
  • Add 1 1/2 ounces of Campari
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Top with Prosecco
  • Add orange slice or orange peel as garnish
  • Drink responsibly!

Notes

This recipe is super easy, especially because it's made straight into the glass and there's no cocktail shaker required! 
If you don't have a jigger, you can use a tablespoon instead. 1 1/2 oz is roughly 3 tablespoons.
